I believe that our suffering stems from feeling disconnected. Together, let's journey to connect you with the world around you, with others, and with yourself. Our relationship serves to show you the love, attention, and support you deserve. Together, we will work to heal the longest and most important relationship in your life: The relationship with your beautiful reflection in the mirror. We will unpack how and why you speak to yourself, meet your inner child, and understand your beliefs about your experiences. Together, we will uncover how what we unpack has led you to where you are. Together, we will reveal how rich and restoring a world with connection is. I specialize in working with creatives, anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, existential concerns, and depression. Through our work together, I hope to guide my clients to embrace their authentic selves and reconnect with that beautiful, unique, thriving being.
